Welcome to Ohpali! By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer services in the following areas:

  • Paid Ads Management

  • Social Media Management

All services are provided under the terms outlined in these conditions, with any additional conditions for specific services noted in individual service agreements.

3. 7-Day Trial

We offer a 7-day trial to new clients for a limited set of services, which may include basic ad campaigns, post creations, engagement, and reporting. During the trial, clients will have access to limited features, and full access is provided after the trial period in a paid plan.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Clients are required to notify us at least 24-12 hours in advance if they need to cancel or reschedule a meeting. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a charge.

5. Payment Terms

  • Trial period: The 7-day trial is free of charge, with limited features.

  • Post-Trial: Once the trial ends, clients must transition to a paid package for continued services. Payment is due upfront for the chosen service package.

6.Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services provided, we do not offer refunds. However, clients may opt for a different service tier after the 7-day trial or choose to discontinue services at the end of the current billing period. Any changes to the service tier or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the next billing cycle. Clients are required to continue with their selected service tier until the next billing cycle and may upgrade or downgrade on a monthly basis.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including ad creatives, social media posts, and copy, remains the intellectual property of Ohpali until payment for services is fully received.

8. Liability

Ohpali will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or issue arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content used.

9. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States Of America.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services will be considered acceptance of updated terms.
